There are actually two issues here. Both are being fixed in the update that I'm working on right now.I'm on an Android device and it's stuck on, "Saving".
For some reason, some Android phones are no longer working with photo uploads. I have this fixed in the next update. Sorry for the inconvenience!I can't change a current photo.
Sometimes the app gets confused when there's already a photo. Here's how to fix that:
Those emails can sometimes get caught up in spam filters. Check your spam/junk folder to see if it's in there.I fond it in my spam folder!
This happens when you've updated Nomo and had notifications disabled in the previous version.
Nomo requires that everyone has a valid email address linked to their account. Your is not public. When you update your email in the app, it will log you out and send you a verification link to the new email address. If you misspelled something, that link won't get to your and you'll be locked out of your account. Here's what to do:
Nomo has an in-app chat feature that allows you to direct message accountability partners. Due to a bug that appeared after a recent iOS update, you might run into an issue where tapping the send button does nothing. Here's a temporary workaround while I work on the next update:
