Again, I'm sincerely sorry for this. I just want everyone to know that I'm taking it seriously and I wont let it happen again.

Here are some frequently asked questions:

  • Q. My account looks fine. Do I need to do anything?
  • A. Yes, it is very important that you log out and log back into your account. What you're seeing is just a saved version of your account on your phone. It may have been deleted in the cloud and isn't linked to anything.

  • Q. What kind of information was lost?
  • A. Any activity in the last 30 days is gone. That includes any accounts, clocks, partner connections, messages, journal entries, settings, and encouragements.

  • Q. Is it possible to get any of it back?
  • A. I wish. Unfortunately, the most recent backup that I have is the one from 30 days ago. The next backup is scheduled for tonight at 3am. I'm going to move to a daily backup after all of this.

  • Q. How could you let this happen?
  • A. It was an honest, rookie mistake. Nomo is my passion project, so I'm not a company with tons of resources. Lesson learned :)
